SAVOLINNA ORDERS, SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS
- All orders are subject to payment confirmation. Production and shipping will only commence once payment has been received and credited to our bank account.
- If your item is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. Kindly allow up to two weeks for production. Our team will confirm the expected delivery date upon payment confirmation.

Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- Bank Transfer: Orders are processed only once funds are credited to our account.
Payment Security
- All transactions are processed via Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a protected host environment.
- Due to the high value of our jewelry, banks may automatically decline transactions for security. If this occurs, we will contact you directly to assist.
- Savolinna reserves the right to cancel any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
Currencies
- We display prices and accept payments in UAE Dirhams (AED), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR).
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- An adult signature is required for all deliveries.
- All UAE orders are shipped via DHL the next business day after payment confirmation.
- Complimentary shipping is offered on all UAE orders.
- Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed by 2 PM local time, subject to product availability.
- Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays.
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
- An adult signature is required for all deliveries.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL (or FedEx where applicable).
- Complimentary international shipping is offered on all purchases.
- Receiver’s full address, email, and mobile number are required for customs clearance.
- We ship to most countries, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Korea. Please contact us if you have questions about our destinations.
- Customs duties and taxes are included in the final checkout value. These amounts are collected by Savolinna on behalf of the receiving country’s authorities to simplify the process.
- If preferred, clients may request to pay only the product value (excluding duties and taxes) and settle customs charges directly upon delivery in their country.
Tracking & Fulfillment
- Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is ready for shipment.
- Couriers cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Upon request, shipments may be held for pickup at the courier’s local station.
- All jewelry is shipped from Dubai, UAE.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
- All Savolinna Fine Jewelry sales are final and non-refundable.
- Exchanges are permitted for non-customized and non-engraved items, within two (2) days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
- Alternatively, clients may request store credit to place a new order at their convenience.
Important Conditions for Exchange
- You must contact our team within two (2) days of receiving your order via email at info@savolinna.com or WhatsApp at +971 507 779 009.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or manipulated will not be accepted.
- All returns must be made using the designated courier service provided by our team. Return shipping costs are complimentary.
- Once return labels and dispatch instructions are issued, the item must be shipped immediately. Clients are responsible for printing return labels.
4. FAULTY ITEMS
- Faulty items will only be accepted if delivered damaged or if a manufacturing defect appears within three (3) months of delivery.
- All returned items will be inspected. Any item showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alteration will not be accepted as faulty.
- Faulty items will only be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Savolinna Fine Jewelry is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for any additional fees, delays, or restrictions imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.
- All shipments are insured until delivery to the address provided at checkout.
